Senior Product Manager

We're seeking a strategic, customer-focused Senior Product Manager to lead and grow our core tax software products, including Transfer Pricing, Provision, and R&D Tax Credits. These are key revenue drivers and central to delivering customer value.

Role Overview

You'll own the strategy and execution for foundational tax solutions, ensuring they are trusted, adopted, and continuously improved. This role involves leading initiatives across activation, retention, and monetization, while collaborating with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to maximize customer value.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term product strategy for core tax products.
• Use market intelligence and customer feedback to shape vision and drive improvements.
• Lead efforts to strengthen trust, transparency, and education in the product experience.
• Build and manage customer communities to capture insights and advocacy.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and regulatory shifts.
• Partner with go-to-market teams to drive adoption and engagement.
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success and guide data-driven decisions.

What We're Looking For

• 8 years in Product Management, including 3 years in leadership roles.
• B2B SaaS experience (startup or high-growth environment preferred).
• Strong expertise in community management, customer trust, and product education.
• Skilled in market research and intelligence, with the ability to act on insights.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
