Title: Sales Director - MSP/VAR
Location: Manchester, Milton Kenes or London (Hybrid working)
Basic Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 OTE +£180,000

Oscar Sales have retained with a national MSP / VAR delivering Infrastructure, Cloud, Hosting, Support and Professional Services. Following sustained national growth, the business is now seeking a Sales Director to lead revenue strategy, scale the commercial function and drive enterprise level growth across the UK.

This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of P&L, GTM strategy, revenue performance and team development. You will operate within a highly growth focused, VC backed firm where strong commercial leadership is central to the next phase of scale.

The Role
You will be responsible for national revenue growth across Managed Services, Professional Services and Cloud. This includes leadership of the sales function, enterprise new logo acquisition, strategic account growth and close collaboration with delivery and presales leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver the national revenue strategy across Managed Services and Professional Services.
  • Lead, mentor and scale a high performing sales team.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key vendors and alliance partners.
  • Influence service portfolio, pricing strategy and commercial positioning.
  • Report directly into board level leadership.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Sales Director or equivalent senior leadership role within an MSP.
  • Strong background in Managed Services and Professional Services sales.
  • Track record of consistently delivering against multi million pound revenue targets.
  • Experience leading and scaling sales teams.
  • Credibility at enterprise and board level.
  • Strategic, commercially astute and operationally strong.
