BMC Tester

BMC/ITSM Tester | £350-450p/day (Outside IR35) | UK (remote) | 6 months (initially) | SC Clearance Eligible

Our client is looking for a BMC Tester to join their end client for a project that involves supporting testing activities across BMC / ITSM platforms, ensuring service management solutions, workflows and integrations function effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases, scenarios and scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration and UAT testing.
• Validate ITSM workflows, configurations and platform changes.
• Identify, document and track defects through to resolution.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
• Support testing across ITSM implementations, upgrades or platform changes.

Key Skills

• BMC Remedy and/or BMC Helix ITSM
• ITSM testing and service management workflows
• Functional, regression and integration testing
• SIT / UAT and test case execution
• Defect management, reporting and retesting
