Oscar is not responsible for user-submitted data.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Oscar Associates (Americas) LLC (DBA: Oscar Recruit) from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the websites;
  • Your breach of these Terms;
  • Your failure to notify us of a change in or the deactivation of your mobile phone number;
  • Any claims brought by a third party (including claims under the TCPA) resulting from your provision of a phone number that is not your own or your failure to update your contact information.

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recruitment-related SMS messages from:

Messages may include job opportunities, updates, interview scheduling, and reminders.

  • Message frequency varies
  • Message and data rates may apply
  • Reply STOP to opt out
  • Reply HELP for help

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You must own or control the phone number you use to opt in.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.

16. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of our websites, services, or SMS/text messaging communications shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act and applicable Texas law.

By using our services, you agree:

  1. To resolve disputes through arbitration rather than in court.
  2. To waive your right to a trial by jury.
  3. That you may bring claims only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action.
  4. Class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted.

Arbitration shall take place in Travis County, Texas, unless both parties agree to another location. Oscar may bring a claim in court for injunctive or equitable relief where appropriate.

This arbitration agreement survives termination of these Terms or your use of our services.
