ERP Marketing Strategist

Overview

A forward-thinking organization within the ERP sector is looking for a Marketing Strategist to take ownership of its marketing direction. This position centers on building awareness, generating demand, and clearly articulating the value of ERP solutions to a range of stakeholders. You'll be responsible for both shaping strategy and delivering campaigns, ensuring marketing activity directly supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and roll out a marketing approach focused on promoting ERP products and services
• Deliver integrated campaigns across digital channels, events, partnerships, and media outreach
• Simplify and communicate complex ERP concepts into engaging, customer-focused messaging
• Work closely with sales and senior stakeholders to support pipeline development and revenue targets
• Coordinate with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners to execute initiatives
• Lead the development of high-quality content including insights, case studies, and solution-led materials
• Organize and manage industry-facing activities such as webinars, conferences, and sponsorships
• Evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning within the ERP space
• Monitor campaign success through data, optimizing performance and reporting on key outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or similar, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Solid experience in B2B marketing within ERP, SaaS, or enterprise technology environments
• Proven involvement in promoting ERP systems, whether through a consultancy, reseller, or vendor
• Strong grasp of campaign delivery across multiple channels with a focus on generating leads
• Experience overseeing external partners and working within allocated budgets

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud-based or mid-market ERP platforms (Acumatica, NetSuite, Sage)
• Experience targeting sectors such as construction, engineering, or manufacturing
• Understanding of ERP buying cycles, implementations, and customer decision processes
