Overview

Our client is a respected Acumatica VAR that partners with businesses to deliver tailored cloud-based business management solutions. As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in helping customers successfully adopt Acumatica, acting as the bridge between business requirements and system capabilities. This position offers a mix of client engagement, solution design, project delivery, and user enablement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both technology and business process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Acumatica implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Gather and analyse business requirements to configure solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Provide client training and support to drive user adoption and long-term success.
  • Troubleshoot implementation and system issues, coordinating resolutions where required.
  • Develop and maintain implementation documentation, process guides, and training materials.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on Acumatica functionality, best practices, and system capabilities.
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and risks throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions and integrations.
  • Stay current with Acumatica product updates, features, and industry trends.

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience implementing Acumatica or similar cloud-based business applications.
  • Previous experience working for an Acumatica VAR, ERP consultancy, or implementation partner is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of software implementation methodologies and business processes.
  • Experience gathering requirements, configuring systems, and supporting end users.
  • Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, databases, and related technical concepts.
  • Background in accounting, finance, operations, or as a Controller is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
