About me.
I lead Oscar’s Tampa office, overseeing growth across Construction, Energy, and Technology while supporting clients across the East Coast. I’ve spent my career building recruitment teams across two continents, launching new markets, and creating platforms that deliver real impact for clients while giving ambitious people the opportunity to build meaningful careers.
My focus today is building a high-performing team in Tampa and beyond, partnering closely with clients to solve complex talent challenges, and creating an environment where people are rewarded for doing great work, thinking commercially, and backing themselves. I believe strong culture and strong results go hand in hand. Recruitment is a problem-solving discipline. I’m driven by helping businesses scale intelligently through the right hiring model,s whether that’s permanent, contract, or flexible workforce solutions.
Outside of work, I’m happily married and a proud father of three, plus a Great Dane who’s very much the fourth child. Family keeps everything in perspective and is at the core of my “why.” I’m a lifelong boxing fan and still train weekly, enjoy racing dirt bikes, coach kids’ football (soccer), and spend weekends taking kids to sports activities and proudly watching my oldest play “American” football. I also have a not-so-subtle obsession with Porsche 911's.
