Starting out in recruitment, I’m developing my expertise through building strong relationships, growing my market knowledge, and taking a consultative approach with both clients and candidates. I work with a broad range of organisations, including training providers, educational institutions, and multinational corporations, supporting their hiring needs across the sector.
My experience includes supporting apprenticeship programmes, facilitating skills bootcamps, and sourcing specialist trainers for digital transformation projects, ensuring the right expertise is matched to the right environment.
What motivates me most is connecting training providers with the best trainers on the market and helping to increase job prospects for both trainers and the students they support, ultimately contributing to long-term success across the training landscape.
