About me.
I'm a Resource Consultant at Oscar US, where I recruit into the energy sector, connecting skilled engineers, project managers and technical specialists with businesses.
Before moving into energy, I worked as a resourcer across tech and sales and marketing. Recruiting across such different markets gave me a strong grounding in sourcing, screening and matching candidates to roles quickly, and taught me how to get up to speed on a new sector fast. It also showed me that the fundamentals stay the same wherever you recruit: listen carefully, be honest, and build relationships with candidates.
I take a proactive approach to understanding what each side is looking for, whether that's a candidate's next career move or a client's brief. I'm motivated by finding the right person for the right role and seeing that match work out.
Outside of work, I love vintage shopping, watching live music and travelling.
