About me.
I've been part of the team for over three years as Finance Assistant, supporting the financial and compliance side of the business and helping ensure everything runs smoothly. My role covers the day-to-day finance functions, including managing invoices, payments, reconciliations, and supporting the full process behind our monthly and annual management accounts, budgeting, and financial reporting. I also oversee the maintenance of contracts and terms for both clients and contractors, ensuring that everything is accurate and compliant.
I also work closely with our wider team to improve processes and introduce efficiencies where necessary for the continued growth of the business. I take pride in being organised, detail-focused, and providing accurate financial insight to help support effective decision-making.
