DevOps and Cloud Engineer with 20+ years across software integration, automation and infrastructure management, the most recent 9+ focused specifically on DevOps and 7–8 years on CI/CD and Kubernetes. • Supported the rollout of FluentBit across an estate of approximately 120K mixed physical, virtual and cloud endpoints at HSBC, migrating a legacy observability platform onto a FluentBit/Fluentd/Elastic solution.
• Built a shared CI/CD platform from Jenkins DSL pipelines and Groovy libraries, and stood up an internal Google Artifact Registry to reduce dependency on the bank's shared Nexus service.
• Brought up the first managed Kubernetes clusters in Shell's global oil and energy trading environment, replacing a largely manual build-and-deploy process on a major ETRM platform.
• Provisioned and scaled managed Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE) across Cisco, MUFG and Deutsche Bank engagements, and led the migration of legacy shell-based deployment scripts to Ansible and Terraform IaC workflows.
