Senior Training Lead with 20+ years’ experience delivering end-to-end training across major ERP, CRM and digital transformation programmes, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and CE). Highly experienced in leading training workstreams through full project lifecycles including TNA, training strategy, UAT, go-live, hypercare and BAU adoption. Extensive background in digital adoption and change management across complex, multi-site environments.
