    Electrical Superintendent

    Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent with a strong background in industrial construction and proven success managing large union labor crews. The ideal candidate will bring 10 years of industrial experience, a track record of delivering complex projects safely and on budget, and at least one combined cycle power plant project under their belt.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and supervise large-scale industrial electrical construction activities, ensuring all work is performed to safety, quality, and schedule requirements

    • Manage and hold accountable 50 union craft workers on site

    • Develop and maintain project schedules, including manpower loading for large industrial projects

    • Oversee budgets, monitor productivity, and implement corrective measures as needed to meet cost and schedule targets

    • Plan and coordinate EPC activities, including power centers, cable management systems, terminations, work packages, and work planning

    • Ensure compliance with all LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures and site safety requirements

    • Collaborate with project management, engineering, and client representatives to resolve issues and ensure seamless execution

    • Support the self-performance of centerline work and manage subcontractor activities as required

    • Utilize knowledge of Mitsubishi O&M equipment to ensure proper installation and commissioning standards

    • Drive team performance through clear communication, accountability, and mentoring

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 10 years of industrial construction experience in the electrical field

    • Experience managing large union labor crews (50 direct reports)

    • Strong background in budgets, scheduling, and manpower planning for large industrial projects

    • Hands-on experience with EPC power centers, cable management systems, terminations, work packages, and work planning

    • Solid understanding of LOTO procedures and industrial safety compliance

    • Preferred: At least one combined cycle power plant project (approx. 1.5 years)

    • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams on multi-million-dollar projects
