    Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced Combined Cycle Site Manager to oversee all aspects of large-scale power plant construction and commissioning. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in combined cycle and industrial construction projects, with a strong background in managing large union labor crews of at least 500 workers. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage all site activities for combined cycle power plant construction from mobilization through commissioning.

    • Direct large union labor forces (minimum 500 workers) across multiple trades, ensuring adherence to collective bargaining agreements.

    • Coordinate daily with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet project milestones.

    • Oversee site safety programs and enforce compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.

    • Manage project schedules, workforce planning, and resource allocation to optimize productivity.

    • Monitor and control budgets, costs, and change orders to ensure financial performance.

    • Maintain quality assurance and quality control standards throughout all project phases.

    • Facilitate resolution of labor disputes and maintain positive relationships with union representatives.

    • Provide regular progress reports to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

    • Ensure timely completion of all commissioning activities and project close-out documentation.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 10 years of combined cycle and industrial construction experience.

    • Proven experience managing large union crews (500 headcount).

    • Strong understanding of union labor agreements, workforce planning, and dispute resolution.

    • Demonstrated success delivering multi-million to multi-billion-dollar projects on time and within budget.

    • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

    • Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems.

    • Commitment to safety and quality standards.

    Preferred:

    • Experience in EPC or Owner's Representative environments.

    • Prior commissioning and start-up oversight experience.
