Basic Salary: £145,000 OTE £200,000

Oscar Sales are partnering with a high growth cyber security and risk intelligence business operating within the UK enterprise market. Following sustained momentum and increasing demand from senior stakeholders, the business is now seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to lead revenue strategy, scale the commercial function and drive enterprise growth.

This is a board level appointment with ownership of go to market strategy, revenue performance, commercial structure and team development. You will operate within a founder led, product driven environment where strong commercial leadership is critical to the next phase of growth.

The Role

You will be responsible for end to end revenue ownership across new business, expansion and partnerships. This includes leadership of the commercial function, enterprise customer acquisition, account growth and close collaboration with product and delivery leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver the revenue and go to market strategy across enterprise customers.
  • Lead, mentor and scale a high performing sales and commercial team.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and long term customer value.
  • Shape pricing, packaging and commercial positioning.
  • Build strategic partnerships and alliance relationships.
  • Report directly into board level leadership.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience operating at CRO, VP Sales or Sales Director level within B2B technology or cyber security.
  • Strong enterprise sales background with complex, consultative deal cycles.
  • Track record of delivering predictable revenue growth in a scaling environment.
  • Experience building and leading commercial teams.
  • Credibility operating at board and investor level.
  • Strategic, commercially astute and hands on.
