Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and engaging Level 4 Project Management Trainer to join their delivery team. Various locations available.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager or Project Management Trainer who is passionate about developing others and helping learners build practical, workplace-ready project management skills.
The Role
As a Project Management Trainer, you will deliver engaging, high-quality training and learner support across a range of project management programmes. You will inspire and motivate learners, helping them develop the knowledge, skills and confidence required to successfully manage projects across a variety of industries.
Delivery may be online, face-to-face, or through a blended learning approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality project management training to adult learners.
- Provide coaching, mentoring and ongoing learner support throughout the learner journey.
- Deliver engaging sessions using a variety of teaching and learning methodologies.
- Monitor learner progress and provide timely and constructive feedback.
- Adapt delivery to accommodate differing learner needs and learning styles.
- Maintain accurate learner records and documentation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning resources and course content.
- Ensure delivery remains aligned to current industry best practice and recognised project management methodologies.
- Foster a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment.

About You
We are seeking an individual with significant project management experience who is passionate about developing people and sharing industry expertise.
Essential Requirements
- Proven industry experience in Project Management, Programme Management or Change Management.
- Experience delivering training, teaching, coaching or mentoring adults
- awareness of apprenticeship standards
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners from a wide range of backgrounds.
- Strong organisational, planning and time management skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and digital learning platforms.
Desirable Requirements
- PRINCE2 Foundation and/or Practitioner certification.
- Additional project management qualifications such as APM, AgilePM, PMP or CompTIA Project+.
- A recognised teaching or training qualification (e.g. AET, PTLLS, CET, DTLLS, PGCE or equivalent).
- Experience delivering Microsoft Project training.
- Experience delivering online and blended learning programmes.
- Previous experience within Further Education, Adult Education or private training environments.
- Experience supporting learners preparing for professional project management certifications.
