A growing technology business is looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join its Manchester team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and growing existing customer accounts rather than chasing cold new business. You'll manage a portfolio of clients, reconnect with dormant accounts, identify upsell opportunities, and help businesses adopt modern technology solutions.
Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customer accounts
Re-engaging inactive clients and identifying new revenue opportunities
Building long-term relationships through consultative account management
Selling a range of technology solutions including connectivity, cloud and communications
Preparing proposals, negotiating deals and closing business
Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
Experience in Account Management, Sales or Business Development
A consultative, relationship-led approach
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident managing multiple customer relationships
Experience within technology, telecoms or IT is beneficial but not essential
Up to £30,000 basic salary
Uncapped OTE
Manchester (Stretford office - 5 days per week)
