Project Superintendent - Civil Site Development

A well-established, self-performing civil contractor is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee site development projects across the DFW market.

This role is best suited for a superintendent who understands how to build a job from the ground up, manage crews across multiple scopes, and sequence work efficiently from start to finish.

Scope of Work

• Site development for residential and roadway projects

• Earthwork, underground utilities, paving, and associated site scopes

• Full project oversight from mobilization through closeout

• Coordinating crews, equipment, materials, and subcontractors as needed

• Maintaining production schedules, site safety, and quality standards

• Working closely with project management to keep jobs on track

Ideal Background

• 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent in site development or heavy civil work

• Strong understanding of job sequencing across earthwork, utilities, and paving

• Experience running projects where the contractor self-performs the majority of the work

• Comfortable managing multiple crews and fast-paced field operations

• Strong leadership presence on site and ability to drive production
