Project Manager - Healthcare Commercial Construction

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in healthcare commercial construction to join our team. This role is responsible for leading projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality execution, financial performance, and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day management of healthcare construction projects

• Coordinate project teams including project engineers, superintendents, and field staff

• Maintain full understanding of project scope, schedule, and contract requirements

• Manage budgets, forecasts, change orders, billing, and cash flow

• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants

• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining schedule and quality

• Support team development and promote a collaborative project culture

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and healthcare construction requirements

What We're Looking For

• 5-10+ years of commercial construction experience, with healthcare project experience preferred

• Proven ability to manage complex projects from start to finish

• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and building systems

• Experience with 3-6 week look aheads

• Experience with cost control, estimating, and financial reporting

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software (Procore, CMIC, Primavera, or similar)

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
