Solutions Architect

A well-established consultancy within the manufacturing systems space is looking for a Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI).

This is a client-facing position focused on helping discrete manufacturers get the most out of their SyteLine (CSI) environment, particularly across shop floor operations. You'll work directly with production and operations teams to review current processes, identify system gaps, and deliver practical improvements through configuration, optimisation, and hands-on system deployment.

The Role

• Lead SyteLine / CSI implementations and enhancements

• Run process reviews, gap analysis sessions, and solution workshops

• Configure and optimise SyteLine for manufacturing environments

• Support testing, training, and go-live activities

• Improve shop floor workflows through smarter system utilisation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end projects

Travel across the U.S. is expected as part of supporting customers onsite.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' experience working with Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI)

• Strong background in discrete manufacturing

• Experience in consulting, ERP implementation, or business systems analysis

• Confident engaging with stakeholders across operations and IT
