AI Security Engineer

Overview
We are seeking a Principal AI Security Engineer to help secure and scale an AI-powered SaaS platform. This role works closely with engineering, product, and AI teams to ensure security is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure architecture for AI-powered web applications

• Partner with product, engineering, and AI teams to deliver secure platform features

• Conduct threat modeling, security reviews, and vulnerability assessments

• Lead secure code reviews and promote best practices for secure development

• Identify and mitigate risks related to AI/ML integrations and data security

• Support secure API design, authentication, and authorization frameworks

• Contribute to security tooling, testing, and monitoring processes

• Mentor engineers and promote security awareness across development teams

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or application security

• Experience working with AI/ML systems or data-driven platforms

• Strong knowledge of APIs, cloud-native architectures, and web frameworks

• Experience with security testing tools, threat modeling, and vulnerability management
