An Agentic AI startup is hiring a Senior Software Engineer who loves building AI Agents to work directly alongside the CEO as a hands-on coder, with growth into a VP/Leader in the org, who can help shape the technical direction. This company is building new AI-powered capabilities that will overtake enterprise companies in the similar space. This is a startup role where you take ownership over the product, can grow into a leader at the company, and play a direct role in how the platform evolves.

In this role you will build AI agents and real-time capabilities, designing backend systems that orchestrate LLM workflows and integrate with various APIs. You'll ship new product features end-to-end while helping scale the infrastructure. This role is open to candidates from Python software or machine learning backgrounds who are excited about startups, AI systems, and building impactful products.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering and/or Machine Learning
• Strong Python experience building production-grade services and APIs
• Experience with FastAPI, AWS, and Orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar
• Experience building AI agents or LLM-powered applications
• Experience integrating external AI tooling or APIs (LLMs, Voice, or similar)
• Ability to ship customer-facing products In fast-moving startup environments
