We're working with a growing manufacturing organization in Bloomingdale that is in the final stages of a major Epicor ERP implementation. They're looking to bring in an experienced Epicor ERP Analyst to play a critical role in getting the system fully operational, optimized, and embedded across the business.

This is a hands-on, on-site role - you'll be working directly with leadership and end users to ensure Epicor is configured correctly, adopted effectively, and set up to scale with the business.

Implementation & Optimization

  • Support the final phases of an Epicor ERP implementation
  • Configure modules to align with real business workflows across departments
  • Identify gaps and deliver solutions through configuration, customization, or integrations
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful system adoption

System Administration

  • Manage users, security, and system performance
  • Handle upgrades, patches, and ongoing maintenance
  • Troubleshoot issues and work closely with IT on integrations

Reporting & Data

  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics
  • Develop SQL queries to support business insights
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations to leadership

Business Process Improvement

  • Work with department heads to improve workflows and define KPIs
  • Help drive efficiency and better decision-making through Epicor

Training & Support

  • Act as the on-site Epicor expert
  • Train users and support adoption across the organization

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of hands-on Epicor ERP experience
  • Proven experience supporting or leading Epicor implementations
  • Strong understanding of Epicor configuration, modules, and business processes
  • Experience with SQL, BAQs, dashboards, SSRS, or BI tools
  • Ability to bridge the gap between technical systems and business needs
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments preferred
