$95hr to $100hr - Epicor Implementation Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Epicor ERP Specialist with strong expertise in Epicor Kinetic to support and enhance our ERP environment across a manufacturing operation. This role will play a key part in system implementation, user support, reporting, and continuous improvement, ensuring Epicor is fully embedded across the business.

You'll act as the go-to ERP resource onsite, working closely with operations, engineering, and leadership to drive efficiency, adoption, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Implementation & Support

• Support and/or lead Epicor Kinetic implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
• Manage pilot-to-live transitions, system configuration, and data migration
• Provide day-to-day ERP support across production, sales, purchasing, and inventory

Reporting & Data

• Develop and maintain BAQs, dashboards, and SSRS reports
• Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and analysis
• Deliver actionable insights to support operational decision-making

User Training & Adoption

• Train end users across multiple departments and experience levels
• Develop onboarding materials and ongoing training programs
• Act as the primary point of contact for ERP-related troubleshooting

Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement ERP-driven solutions
• Support inventory management, cycle counting, and physical inventory processes
• Partner with business stakeholders to align ERP capabilities with operational needs

Project Management

• Manage multiple ERP-related initiatives simultaneously
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors where required

Required Experience

• Strong experience with Epicor ERP (9, 10, or Kinetic)
• Hands-on experience with implementations, upgrades, or system ownership
• Experience in manufacturing environments (production, inventory, shipping, etc.)
• Proficiency with:
  • BAQs, Dashboards, SSRS
  • SQL / data querying
• Experience supporting and training end users across the business

Preferred Experience

• Experience implementing Epicor Kinetic from legacy systems (e.g., Excel, Peachtree)
• Exposure to MES systems or shop floor integration
• Experience with CADLink / SolidWorks integration
• Background in IT infrastructure (servers, AD, cloud environments)
