Job Title: Estimator - Wet Utility Focused
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex
Our client is looking to add a Wet Utility Estimator to support their growing private development workload throughout the DFW market. The project types include multifamily, retail, commercial, and other private site development sectors.
The team is looking for someone who can independently perform takeoffs, prepare complete bids, and contribute immediately to ongoing estimating efforts.
What We're Looking For:
- Wet Utility Estimator with ideally 4-5+ years of experience
- Experience estimating water, sewer, and storm utility scopes
- Strong preference for candidates with private development experience
- Background supporting multifamily, retail, commercial, or other private site development projects
- Ability to perform takeoffs and prepare bids independently
- Candidates from utility contractors performing private development work are highly preferred
- Open to both developing estimators and seasoned professionals depending on experience level
