Customer Success Manager
Location: Huddersfield (Hybrid - 3 days in office)
Hours: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000+ depending on experience
The Opportunity
We are working with a growing company in Yorkshire who have had significant investment this year who are looking a Customer Success professional.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the launch and growth of new international programmes across Europe, while continuing to support a well-established UK partner portfolio.
The Role
As Customer Success Manager, you'll sit within the Partnerships team, supporting the onboarding, delivery and long-term success of premium clients and partners. This includes national rewards programmes, employee benefits partners, and accounts across the UK and internationally.
You'll proactively identify opportunities for growth and additional revenue from both existing clients and new prospects, while delivering outstanding service and ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
What You'll Do
Lead and nurture key client relationships through proactive communication, regular check-ins and a commitment to exceeding expectations - driving satisfaction and long-term retention. Manage and grow relationships across both new and existing client accounts, with a focus on outstanding service, loyalty and performance. Collaborate with partners and internal teams to design and implement initiatives that boost engagement and product uptake. Leverage broad business knowledge - including marketing, data, technical and operational expertise - to advise clients and deliver on day-to-day expectations. Present confidently in client meetings, sharing updates on products, performance and market trends. Use data and market insights to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments. Prepare and share performance reports and actionable feedback with senior management. Represent the company at conferences and industry events. Work closely with the Head of Customer Success to develop and execute strategies for client growth.
What We're Looking For
A confident, proactive and self-motivated individual with a proven track record of delivering growth through partnerships or client management. Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders - both internally and externally. Socially adept, comfortable moving between informal conversations and boardroom meetings. Previous experience in a client management or customer success role is essential, along with a solid understanding of current market trends and developments.
Additional skills we value: analytical thinking with strong attention to detail, creativity and commercial mindset, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, strong organisational and time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
