Principal Workday Engineer
Compensation: $160,000-$175,000 + 13% annual bonus

A fast-moving, tech-driven organization is looking for a Principal Workday Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of Workday Financials. This is a high-impact role focused on configuration, integrations (EIB, Studio), and financial reporting, with close collaboration across teams to support scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Own and enhance Workday Financials configurations, integrations, and custom reports

• Collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams to build solutions aligned to business processes

• Use tools like Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence in both Agile and Waterfall environments

• Contribute to system design and support ongoing platform improvements

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years of hands-on Workday Financials experience

• Deep knowledge of Corporate Accounting workflows and financial system support

• Strong integration background (EIB, Studio, custom reports)

• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with modern delivery tools
