Workday Adaptive Planning Architect
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Salary: $165,000 - $186,200

A leading Workday consulting firm is seeking a Senior Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to join a high-performing, specialized team supporting some of the most complex Adaptive customers in the ecosystem. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading sophisticated projects, mentoring team members, and making a direct impact on client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Adaptive implementations and Phase X initiatives

  • Design and configure multi-dimensional models, sheets, and dashboards

  • Align Adaptive Planning with Workday HCM and Financials for data integrity

  • Architect integrations between Workday and external systems

  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal best practices

Required Experience

  • 4+ years of Workday Adaptive implementation or AMS experience

  • Expertise in at least two areas: modeling, OfficeConnect/reporting, security, or integrations

  • Strong understanding of Adaptive's interaction with HCM and Financials

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction
