Epicor Business Process Developer

We are seeking an Epicor ERP Developer / Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance business applications across the organization. This role will work closely with the Director of Global Information Systems and internal stakeholders to develop, implement, and maintain technical solutions that improve business processes and system functionality.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting ERP systems specifically Epicor Kinetic and will be comfortable working across programming, integrations, and business process analysis.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in programming and/or business application support.
  • Experience supporting an ERP system in a programming or business analyst capacity.
  • Experience analyzing business processes and translating requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience developing or consuming APIs or ETL-based integrations.
  • Experience with C# programming and Microsoft SQL Server or similar database technologies.
  • Experience with version control systems.
  • Experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop processes, procedures, and programming solutions to support business applications and operational needs.
  • Design, implement, test, and support software solutions that meet defined business and technical requirements.
  • Configure and implement content management and workflow application solutions.
  • Analyze business processes and translate functional requirements into technical system solutions.
  • Manage, administer, and support enterprise information systems, including ERP and related applications.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using APIs and ETL technologies.
  • Document issues, analysis, and resolutions clearly, and communicate progress and status updates to stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support to users and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues.
  • Maintain compliance with company safety policies and procedures while working within facilities.
  • Represent the organization in a professional manner internally and externally.
