Tampa Recruitment Consultant - Tech GTM Experience

We're hiring a Recruitment Consultant to build and scale a Cloud & ERP recruitment desk focused on supporting current and emerging ERP SaaS companies, as well as established cloud technology providers.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who understands how modern ERP and cloud platforms are sold, implemented, and scaled - and who can confidently partner with fast-growing SaaS businesses as they hire across sales, engineering, product, and delivery.

You'll work closely with founders, VPs, and functional leaders inside ERP and SaaS organizations, acting as a trusted talent partner as they scale teams across the US.

Client Development & Partnerships

• Build relationships with:

  • ERP SaaS vendors (NetSuite, Dynamics, SAP, Workday ecosystem-style firms)

  • Cloud-native SaaS companies

  • System Integrators, ISVs, and implementation partners

• Partner with CTOs, CROs, VPs of Engineering, Product, Sales, and Delivery

• Understand hiring plans tied to product growth, funding rounds, and customer demand

• Identify new logo opportunities and expand existing client accounts

Candidate Delivery

• Recruit and place roles including:

  • ERP Consultants & Architects

  • Cloud Engineers & Platform Specialists

  • Implementation & Delivery Consultants

  • Product Managers & Product Owners

  • Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, and Technical Sales roles

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake through close

• Build deep candidate networks within ERP and SaaS ecosystems

Execution & Sourcing

• Proactively source via LinkedIn, referrals, market mapping, and direct outreach

• Deliver high-quality, well-vetted shortlists quickly

• Advise candidates on market trends, compensation, and career moves

• Manage offer processes, negotiations, and counteroffers

Market & Commercial Insight

• Track ERP and SaaS hiring trends, funding activity, and tech adoption

• Advise clients on salary benchmarks and talent availability

• Stay current on cloud platforms, ERP modules, and SaaS delivery models
