Epicor Manufacturing Systems Administrator

A growing manufacturing organization is urgently seeking an Epicor Manufacturing Systems Administrator to support and enhance their Epicor ERP (E10 / Kinetic) environment.

This role will play a key part in maintaining system performance, supporting end users across manufacturing operations, and driving ERP improvements across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with manufacturing, operations, and finance teams while taking ownership of a critical ERP platform.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Epicor ERP (E10 / Kinetic) across the organization

• Manage user security, system configuration, and ERP performance

• Support manufacturing teams with production, planning, and supply chain modules

• Build and maintain BAQs, dashboards, and reports

• Assist with customizations, BPMs, and system improvements

• Troubleshoot ERP issues and provide technical support to end users

• Support system upgrades, integrations, and Epicor enhancements

• Work with business stakeholders to identify process improvements within the ERP system

Requirements

• Experience supporting Epicor ERP (E10 or Kinetic)

• Background working in a manufacturing environment

• Experience with BAQs, dashboards, and reporting

• Understanding of Epicor manufacturing modules (MES, Production, Supply Chain, MRP)

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Experience with Epicor BPMs or customizations

• Knowledge of SQL or C#

• Experience supporting Epicor Kinetic upgrades or implementations

• Exposure to Epicor REST APIs or integrations
